About the Stonebridge Community


Stonebridge is a master-planned community located in the Fox Valley area of Aurora. The subdivision offers a very special lifestyle, designed with the active family in mind. It consists of quality homes, tree-lined parkways and landscaped entrances.

Located adjacent to Stonebridge are Gwendolyn Brooks Elementary School, Francis Granger Middle School, and Metea Valley High School.
